Eixo Padel opened at Gatehouse Hub in Goddards Green, Hassocks, bringing seven padel courts to Mid Sussex in a purpose-built unit at Neaves Park. The club mixes indoor and outdoor play so you are not hostage to British weather: two indoor doubles courts, an indoor singles court, a dedicated indoor kids padbol court, two outdoor doubles and one outdoor singles pitch give groups of every size a surface that fits. Founders pitched the venue as world-class padel in the heart of Sussex, aimed equally at complete beginners and experienced players who want proper glass-wall courts without driving to the coast. A coffee bar, merchandise shop, viewing platform and free on-site parking round out the social side, with a gym and wellness centre slated to open in 2026. Coaching runs through Playtomic Academy listings and private sessions arranged by email, while corporate hire, school programmes and tournament hosting are actively promoted. The location sits just off the A23 between Burgess Hill and Hurstpierpoint, drawing players from Brighton, Haywards Heath and the wider A23 corridor.
Facilities
Eixo Padel is fully pay-and-play with no membership required — download Playtomic, find Eixo Padel and book any available court. You can hold multiple bookings at once and invite guests so the fee splits equally between players. Typical court rates on aggregators range from about £10 to £20 per hour depending on court type, day and time, with standard 60- and 90-minute slots. There is no in-house league yet, though the club hints at future competitions via its WhatsApp community. Private hire for birthdays, corporate days and school groups is available on request through the website contact form or by phone. Coaching packages and academy sessions are purchased separately through Playtomic or direct enquiry.

Lovely new club, with 3 indoor, 2 outdoor, 1 singles and a kids court. Nice vibe, decent courts and a cool little cafe with a view of outdoor courts and one of the indoor courts. A couple of tweaks to the background on the indoor court will make it easier to pick up the flight of the ball but overall a great new padel facility 👏
Great new padel venue with 2 indoor and outdoor double courts, plus an indoor and outdoor singles court and a kids court. Good value for money and easy to book. Great cafe bar too
Absolutely love this new padel spot! Great courts, amazing atmosphere, and super friendly staff. Everything feels really high quality and well organised definitely one of the best places to play.
