Padelstars Southampton brings six courts to Stoneham Lane on the edge of Eastleigh, mixing two outdoor pitches with four covered lanes so Hampshire players can book year-round. The site is one of the Padelstars UK network venues built around community, coaching and easy app-based booking rather than old-fashioned club gatekeeping. James leads the centre team alongside head coach Carlos and a roster that includes Becky on ladies sessions, Rob and others on group coaching. Social mix-ins, structured lessons and family-friendly outdoor play keep the atmosphere welcoming for first-timers and regulars alike. Peak and off-peak pricing is per person, making doubles affordable when you split the court.
Facilities
Standard membership: 20% off peak and off-peak court fees, 10-day booking window, up to four live bookings (two per day), 24-hour cancellation, 20% off coaching and activities, three free member events per year, 10% F&B and apparel discount. Premium membership: free off-peak court play, 20% off peak, 14-day booking window, up to six live bookings (three per day), same coaching and event benefits. Non-members: full price (£8.50 off-peak / £11 peak per person), 7-day booking window, three live bookings (two per day), 48-hour cancellation. All memberships managed in the Padelstars app.

This is a great padel club. Staff are very friendly and encouraging. Social mix ins are lots of fun and app makes booking easy. I highly recommended the coaching sessions, especially the ladies coaching with Becky. Have also had coaching with James, Carlos and Rob and all are very good.
Padalstars is a fantastic club with an amazing atmosphere from the moment you walk in. The coaches are knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely passionate about helping everyone improve, whether you’re a beginner or more experienced. Every session is well organised, fun, and motivating. The community at the club is brilliant too — friendly, welcoming, and full of positive energy. Highly recommend Padalstars to anyone looking to enjoy padel and be part of a great club!
Exceptional club and coaching team. The whole set-up is excellent and it has a vibrant, energetic atmosphere which makes every visit fun. What really sets this club apart is the brilliant coaching, led by James. His energy, talent and passion for the game, and dedication to helping players improve, is inspiring.
Fantastic venue, great courts. We played on the outside courts with our kids, who loved it. The manger there James is extremely friendly and helped us with some initial tips and rules. The app makes courts easy to book.
Very good facilities. Mix in sessions are great, really competitive and social! Coaching sessions are really useful and constructive. James always gives great advice and isn’t shy to tell you when you are going wrong, which is excelling for improving your level. Would recommend for anyone, even at a beginner stage as they adapt coaching to your level.
