Membership & Pricing

Tour Padel Medway Campus sits beside the University of Greenwich sports hall in Chatham, with two outdoor padel courts open to the public as well as students. Bookings run through Playtomic rather than a club desk, so anyone can reserve a slot without being part of the uni. The setup is community-led: WhatsApp groups, social mix-ins, and open matches help fill courts when you do not have a full four. Floodlights support evening play, and staff have a strong reputation for sorting problems such as lighting faults with refunds or free credit. Pricing is generally reported in the mid-£20s per hour, which keeps it accessible for regular recreational play.

Facilities

Membership is optional. Pay-as-you-go court hire through Playtomic is enough to play. A separate membership and loyalty scheme on the Playtomic club page earns rewards for regular play if you want it. Typical hire is around £24–£28 per hour depending on slot, with per-person costs often quoted near £6 off-peak and £7 peak when splitting four ways. Welcome offers such as buy four courts and get a fifth free appear periodically on Playtomic. No membership is required for coaching or socials.

I’m loving playing on the new padel courts at Medway campus, and the friendliness of padel staff and fellow players. It’s a great new initiative, bringing both padel and social activities to Medway. A roof on the courts would make them more usable all year through, but, I know there’s strict building rules on the old buildings at the university. Fingers crossed it can be approved eventually for continual playing and socials. A great start, and I’m looking forward to seeing how the club and sport progresses at the Medway campus.

Not my neck of the woods but called in during a weekend away. Great courts and very reasonable prices. At first I thought they were just for the uni but actually anyone can play. I'll keep an eye out for any other Tour Padels popping up in future!

I came all the way from Avery Hill to play padel here and I must say, the court is amazing the quality of rental racket is too good.. I will definitely come here again at least once a month with my friends!

Love playing here every time, the staff are easy to reach and very helpful even out of hours. I had a problem a few weeks ago where the floodlights weren’t working and it got dark, the problem wasn’t fixed at the time so they refunded me for the whole session and gave me a free 60minute session for another time. Honestly probably the best customer service experience I could have asked for and definitely coming back again, couldn’t recommend more!

Looks nice from the outside, maybe a fun summer day, yet far from a proffesional courts and serious gameplay. The outdoor padel idea in the UK is not very smart, raining most of the year. Additionally the pitch floor is uneven bouncy and bumpy at different areas, too bad because it's recently build. How about a proper indoor padel court!?
