PADELHUB Crawley is the Sussex hub of the PADELHUB indoor padel network, based at Link 23 on Nursery Road near the A23 Warninglid junction. The warehouse-style centre opened in early 2023 and has become a go-to for padel between Gatwick, Crawley and Haywards Heath. Six doubles courts are in play: five fully enclosed indoor panoramic courts with LED lighting and synthetic turf, plus one outdoor court added for sunny-day sessions. Whether you are levelling up with coaching, joining a tournament, or dropping in for a social mix-in, the club pitches itself as a community-first venue. Resident coaches include Karen Hazzard, Alex Darlington and Neil Partington, supporting beginners through to competitive regulars.

I played padel here for a corporate event and it was fantastic. Big shout‑out to Lindsay, who was incredibly helpful from start to finish. She made sure everything ran smoothly, set up a private room upstairs for my presentation, and ensured clients had coffee and pastries before we headed onto the courts. Great venue, great service and I’ll definitely be back for future events.

Of all the courts currently in Sussex - and there are now a few, this is my favourite venue to play. Great bounce off the floor and glass and high ceilings, so lobs don’t feel restricted. The bar area is great, with a premium feel to it - good showers and gym. Friendly staff. Prices were on the high side, but have now come down to a level which means I’m more than happy to play multiple times a week.

Having played padel for over 6 years in Spain and the UK, I can honestly say The Padel Hub in Crawley is one of the most frustrating experiences I have come across. It had every opportunity to become the best padel facility in Sussex. It opened first, had the hype, had the community, but the disconnect between management and its members has completely derailed it. The young staff on site are genuinely lovely, helpful and enthusiastic. Sadly they are the only positive in an operation that is badly run. Central management is nowhere to be seen, completely out of touch, and making decisions that seem designed to push loyal players away rather than bring them in. The new pricing model is the final straw. It is ridiculous, out of step with the local market, and guaranteed to drive the fantastic community of players elsewhere. And that is exactly what is happening. Overall it is a perfect example of how not to run a padel club. A real shame because this could have been the best facility in Sussex. Instead it has become a warning sign for what happens when management ignores its members. I’ve joined a new friendly Sussex club which values its members & listens to their comments.

This padel club is situated in a warehouse meaning you get five indoor courts and one outdoor court. The club opened in January 2023 and promised features are still yet to be finished. The courts aren’t the best any more, it’s a bit scruffy with an unfinished feeling. Not what you expect for the money. There is a bar with TVs showing sport, parking is ample and easy to book courts on the right app. What this club has is great staff that don’t seem to agree with managements decision making but still get on with their jobs with a smile and are very friendly. The club also boasts amazing community from all levels. Sadly the whole structure is changing and a lot of the this community has moved on to other clubs recently which is sad. I would also do significant research into the club before committing to a year at the moment. Sadly what could be a 5* facility is let down by poor management and now unfinished promises that never came true.

Lovely place simply terribly managed. Be lucky to have any members at all by the end of the week. Such a missed opportunity with a two year advantage to learn before others sprung up. They learned nothing. Didn’t LISTEN — classic giving customers what management THINK they want rather than what they actually want. ASK might have been a good idea. Padel run by investors rather than sports people. Large error been made across the country — communities diluted and ruined. Not a great job.
