Rocks Lane Multi Sports Centre on Chiswick Common Road is London’s largest public padel hub and one of the busiest in the UK. Twelve padel courts sit beside football, netball, tennis and a soft-play arena about 200m from Turnham Green tube, so families can combine kids’ activities with adult doubles. The padel offer mixes eight outdoor courts with four covered courts for wet weather, plus socials, leagues, holiday camps and tournaments. A 300m² clubhouse with café, pizza oven and licensed bar gives the place a multi-sport community feel rather than a bare court farm. Coaching is a strong selling point for beginners and improvers.
Facilities
Non-members can book courts only one day ahead. Padel memberships (Bronze, Silver, Gold) purchase via Playtomic unlock booking up to 28 days ahead, court discounts, bar and café credit, member perks and community events; memberships renew annually unless cancelled. Adult courses, socials and intensives book on Playtomic; junior courses have a separate path on the Rocks Lane site. Wonderful welcoming Padel club with soft play, pizza bar and more. Indoor courts as well as outdoor. Some of the best training staff in the UK. A great place to begin or progress. Will definitely return.
I had a really bad experience at the kids’ play area. While my child was playing with others, the staff member working there was very rude. He kept turning off the lights and said the kids were too loud, even though it’s normal for kids to make noise when they’re playing. After we argued with him, he turned the lights back on, but he kept giving us dirty looks and talking about us with another employee. It made us feel very uncomfortable. This is not how families should be treated, and I hope the management does something about it.
My children have been going to Friday Night 5's Netball for years with my girls competing in two different and Rocks Lane Chiswick is a really well run setup. Warren and the team do a great job organising many teams across the divisions and the match day managers are very encouraging of the children as they look to develop their skills in a friendly yet competitive environment. Plenty of opportunities for fun, development and trophies exist and I highly recommend signing up.
It was phenomenal,the whole experience was great and the food was on point.Evelinne was very polite and helpful for our enquiries I would definitely recommend coming here.
Amazing place especially the soft play area where to stay safe from the rain with the kids. You can have a hot drink when the children are safely playing.
