Rye Lawn Tennis Club hosts padel alongside tennis, squash, table tennis and croquet at 115 Military Road in historic Rye, East Sussex. Two floodlit padel courts — including a glass show court — allow year-round play in one of the area's most established racket clubs. Padel launched as a natural extension of the multi-sport membership, and the club has built a lively padel community with weekly mix-ins, seasonal leagues and regular tournaments. Introductory sessions welcome non-members, and coaching from HotshotZ Tennis covers juniors and adults from beginner through intermediate groups. The setting combines traditional club charm with one of the fastest-growing sports in the world.
Facilities
Full club membership covers padel alongside tennis, squash and other sports under one subscription; see ryelawntennisclub.org.uk/membership for current fees. Members book padel via ClubSpark up to fourteen days ahead. Guests pay before play: £10 per adult or £5 per child with a member, or £36 per court for ninety minutes without a member. Non-members can join intro sessions and coaching without joining. Padel leagues are member-focused with sign-up via the events page. Great place for Tennis, squash and Pádel as well as other social events. Membership is required but we also accept guests.
Watching Rye tournament. Very good tennis.
