Membership & Pricing

Wye Tennis Club is a friendly village club on Bridge Street in Wye, near Ashford in Kent, with five floodlit tennis courts (four clay, one tarmac with practice wall) and one floodlit outdoor padel court. The clubhouse offers changing rooms, a disabled-access toilet, kitchen and garden patio for socialising. Padel sits alongside tennis and pickleball in a low-rules, community-run atmosphere where members book online and visitors are encouraged to help themselves to complimentary tea and coffee. The club pitches affordable annual membership with no per-court fees — padel rackets and balls are stored in the clubhouse for members. Non-members can try padel through the local Wye News newsagent booking desk opposite the parish church.

Facilities

Annual membership due 1 April — no court fees beyond subscription: family 290 pounds, adult under 60 at 130 pounds, over-60 under-80 at 120 pounds, over-80 at 60 pounds, junior 12–18 at 55 pounds, 7–11 at 25 pounds, under-7 free. Includes unlimited padel and tennis booking, equipment and floodlights. Non-members book padel at 25 pounds for 90 minutes (25 pounds deposit refunded on return of key, rackets and balls) via Wye News: 01233 812271 or dixit_pci@yahoo.com. Best tennis club in the area if you live around Ashford. Friendly, well maintained courts and cost effective membership.
