Glass Padel Club (Glass Padel UK) is an indoor padel venue at Unit 1, Stalybridge Industrial Park on Stanley Street in Tameside. It opened with a launch event in late March and was fitted out as a dedicated two-court centre inside an industrial unit, aiming to bring padel to local players who previously had to travel further afield. The club runs on Playtomic for court hire, intro classes, 1-2-1 coaching and americano-style social competitions. Reviews pick out the cushioned court surface and clear lighting as strong points, and coaches such as Ryan get repeated praise for practical, productive sessions. The tone of the place is deliberately low-pressure for beginners while still catering to regular match play and junior age groups.
Facilities
Glass Padel Members Club is sold through Playtomic. Members get 10% off peak court hire and 20% off off-peak, plus booking up to 14 days ahead, cancellation up to 24 hours before, up to two bookings per day and up to 14 active bookings. Non-members can still book courts and academy activities on the same app. Off-peak rates are pitched as affordable when split four ways, and free intro sessions have been used to get first-timers onto court without a big commitment.

Great Padel Club, take your own balls tho, they charge £11 for 3!
The cushioned floor provides a true bounce and allows better movement around the court, it is the best surface I have played on. This is complimented by excellent non intrusive lighting ensuring there are no excuses for missing that smash at the net. Had a 1-2-1 coaching session with Ryan, he was knowledgeable and provided excellent tips to improve my game. He was also a superb ball feeder which meant all of the session was producive. Overall a brilliant facility which is only going to get better.
One of the best padel spots I've been to, had a class with Ryan and improved so much on my techniques. Great padel business and if you're looking to get a class In whatever it may be, I definitely recommend Ryan!
