Glossop Padel

Glossop Padel is Glossop’s first dedicated padel centre, sitting on Woolley Bridge in Hadfield with three panoramic indoor red courts. The venue markets itself as a year-round indoor hub for players of every level, from first-timers to regulars who want proper match play. The red courts stand out from the usual blue surfaces most clubs use, and the space is built around community as much as competition — friendly matches, coaching, social events and competitions all share the same floor. One court is named The Ricky Hatton Court: for every hour booked on it, £1 goes to the Ricky Hatton Foundation for mental health and wellbeing work. Bookings run through the Playtomic app, and the club leans hard into being a local gathering point rather than a bare court hire shed.
