TC Blau-Weiß 1895 Bensheim e.V. is among Hesse's largest and oldest tennis clubs, founded in 1895 and now home to roughly 750 active members on a 35,000 m² site at Saarstraße 62. The Bergstraße campus pairs 19 outdoor clay courts with a four-court air-supported hall from September to April, a multi-court, youth teams across 15 age groups and senior medley squads. Padel arrived as a year-round outdoor addition with two courts — the second inaugurated in June 2026 — giving the club a second racket sport without sacrificing its tennis identity. Cheftrainer Szabolcs Bujtas leads extensive tennis coaching; the Saloniki restaurant serves Greek and German food daily.
Facilities
Padel is open to members and guests alike. Non-member court rates range €20–28/h depending on time band; members pay €10–14/h. Weekend play is €28 (guests) or €14 (members). All four players register in the booking system and are charged individually; Padel Gast 1–3 accounts cover partners without profiles. Members reserve padel 14 days ahead, guests 7 days. Cancellation allowed until 12 hours before start. Tennis membership, trial sessions and training programmes run separately under the main club structure. Very nice clay courts and overall nice atmosphere. Their restaurant is also fast, efficient as well as tasty with generous portions.

This club, and especially its facilities, have left a very positive impression. Approximately 20 clay courts (some of which are also available with an air dome in winter), a traditional tennis hall, and even padel courts are available here. In addition, the coaching staff is excellently trained – hats off!
