The Erster Tennisclub Edingen-Neckarhausen e.V. — branded as the 1. Tennis- & Padelclub Edingen-Neckarhausen — is a modern racket-sports club between Edingen and Neckarhausen in the Rhine-Neckar district, beside the local Kultur- und Sportzentrum. The 2019-built campus combines four clay tennis courts, a centre court with spectator band, a large clubhouse with a member-built pallet lounge, and a padel court in place since 2021. Padel has become a core offering alongside league tennis, with Eduard Sant leading the padel section as coach and department head. The club targets families and beginners who want a friendly entry into the sport without travelling to Heidelberg or Mannheim.
Facilities
Guests are welcome via guest tokens under the club fee schedule; membership brings padel-specific benefits as the department grows. Bookings open up to three days ahead through etc-edingen-neckarhausen.de/platzbuchung with all four players named. Planned formats include after-work padel, women's evenings, VHS courses, DPV fun tournaments and a WhatsApp group for arranging doubles. Private and group coaching with Eduard Sant is planned. Equipment hire and purchase available for member and guest sessions outside organised events. Extended fee rules for dedicated padel membership were being published as the section expanded.

I've been a member of the tennis and padel club for several years now, and I can honestly say it's been a fantastic time. The facilities are impeccably maintained, and the courts are beautiful – it's simply a joy to play. But what really makes the club special are the people. Everyone is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and you immediately feel at home. The clubhouse is also very well-designed and inviting. I find it particularly convenient that you can easily pay for drinks with PayPal – it makes everything even more relaxed. Overall, the club is simply top-notch, and I look forward to coming here every time!
Great facility! We've enjoyed being members of the padel section for years. The clubhouse is well-maintained and superbly equipped (with showers, restrooms, and a kitchen). There are several events throughout the year, and the tranquility and sunsets on the court make you feel like you're on vacation.
The club has fantastic facilities and many very friendly members! 2024 was the club's 50th anniversary year with lots of really cool events! I'm so happy to be a member of this club now and to be able to play on the Men's 40+ team :-)
I've been a padel member since 2023 and I really love the facility! Everything is super modern and beautifully designed. You feel very comfortable there! They also offer after-work padel and tennis sessions, which makes it easy to meet other people. The club community is very welcoming and there are regular club events. I highly recommend this padel and tennis club! 🤗
Very well-maintained club facilities, Top-notch coaching team for young and mature players. Very friendly atmosphere, 4 clay courts, padel court, numerous events throughout the year, beautiful new clubhouse, outdoor terraces, shaded pétanque court, and a wide selection of drinks. Ideal parking facilities, including electric vehicle charging stations.
