River Valley Padel sits inside River Valley Holiday Park in Redcross, County Wicklow, about 50 minutes from Dublin and a short drive from Wicklow Town, Arklow and Greystones. The courts are open to holiday-park guests and day visitors alike, so you do not need to be staying on site to book a hit. It is a leisure setting rather than a hardcore city club: padel sits beside the park tennis courts, with lodges, glamping and camping nearby if you want to turn a session into a weekend away. The surrounding Wicklow countryside gives the place a holiday feel that city venues cannot match, while still being practical for a midweek game after work from the southeast Dublin and north Wexford corridors.
Facilities
This is a pay-as-you-play venue rather than a traditional membership club. Court hire is €30 for 60 minutes or €45 for 90 minutes, with no membership required for residents or non-residents. Bookings run through the park website and Playtomic. Private coaching is available separately with Andrés Martínez, a coach with more than a decade of experience who competed at a high level in Spain, ranks number one in Ireland and coaches the Irish National Veterans Team.
