Campos de Padel de Abrantes sit on the Tejo riverside at Aquapolis Norte, in Barreiras do Tejo, and are run by Abrantes Clube de Padel (ABCP). The club dates from 18 January 2023 and has turned a quiet riverside pair of courts into a proper padel hub for the Santarém district. You reach the grounds from Rua da Fábrica do Sabão; the courts sit close to the river walks and gardens that locals already use at the end of the day. In July 2025 ABCP opened two covered indoor courts beside the original outdoor ones, doubling capacity to four lanes ahead of the planned September date. The low riverside tents are meant to sit softly in the vegetation when seen from the far bank. Social games, club leagues, and regional competition share the same four courts, so booking ahead on busy evenings still matters.
Facilities
Court hire and club activity run through Abrantes Clube de Padel on the TieSports / TiePlayer platform at abrantesclubedepadel.pt: reserve courts, join leagues, and follow coaches from the same login. The menu covers an Escola de Padel, personal trainer sessions, and packed ABCP Masters 2026 pathways (men's, women's, and mixed levels plus mix tournaments through the year). League-style hire published on PadelBox sits around €2.50 per player for 1h30 outside peak weekday evenings, rising to about €3.50 between 18:00 and 21:00 on weekdays. Local partners listed on the club site include Opticalia de Abrantes, OHMED, Meninos da Floresta, and Glassdrive; school outreach under Padel @ Desporto Escolar brings Agrupamento de Escolas N.º 1 pupils to Aquapolis Norte with ABCP coaches.

Local aprazível na sua envolvencia pelos jardins e passeios ao longo do rio. Falha a manutenção dos espaços pois tornaria ainda mais agradável. Local de eleição para ao fim da tarde passear com as crianças.
Espaço incrível para quem quer passar uma tarde agradável! É gratuito e têm raquetes e bolas à disposição para jogar! Apenas é necessário reservar o campo entrando em contacto com a câmara municipal de Abrantes. Reservem com antecedência porque como são só dois campos podem esgotar rápido!
