Membership & Pricing

Ames Padel Center is a large indoor padel club in Firmistáns, Ames, on the outskirts of A Coruña. Rebranded under new management in September 2024, it runs nine covered courts — including a central panoramic WPT show court and several sponsor-branded WPT surfaces — with refreshed lighting, a new reception area, and an on-site cafeteria. The club hosts Galician federation events, Padel Nuestro tournaments, and local league matches, and houses a Padel Nuestro retail store. Ames Padel Academy offers coaching for all ages, with instructors such as Borja, Carlos, and Gastón mentioned by regulars. Free parking, equipment hire, changing rooms, lockers, Wi-Fi, and a children's play area round out the setup. It is one of the busiest padel venues in the Santiago comarca, bookable through Playtomic.

Facilities

Court hire is managed via the Playtomic app and website, with a 20-euro Playtomic wallet voucher available as a top-up option. Academy enrolment covers all age groups through Ames Padel Academy — contact the club for term dates and group levels. Competition entries for club-hosted tournaments (including Padel Nuestro and Galician federation events) are listed on federation and Padel Nuestro calendars. For membership tiers, block bookings, or academy pricing, call reception or email info@amespadelcenter.es.

Ok

Visibility on the courts is poor, the lights are badly placed, and there are shadows on the court. And don't even get me started on the massive icebox inside...it's unbelievable. I wouldn't pay to play there even if you paid me, plus it's far from everything. It has good parking, but the changing rooms are tiny for so many courts. The staff is quite friendly!

Easy parking, the slopes are very good, several are sand-free, and there's a nice cafe area for drinks.

New management and name as of September 2024: AMES PADEL CENTER Renovated club: indoor courts (1 panoramic), 4 WPT lawns, new lighting, reception area, and cafeteria...

Good courts with decent lighting, and they have a café bar, but in summer you can't play there; it's like an oven and has no ventilation.
