The Padel Club Cheltenham sits at Unit 11, Festival Trade Park, off Wymans Lane in Kingsditch (GL51 9NQ) — an indoor padel venue from the national The Padel Club brand. Four panoramic courts under a 10-metre roof give year-round play with sports LED lighting and a light, high-ceiling hall. The club opened in August 2025 and is built as a social sports space as much as a place to book a court: clubhouse coffee and cocktails, retail, coaching, and a strong community vibe. Google reviews praise the modern courts, barista-level coffee, Wi-Fi for remote workers between sets, and staff including coach Italo and managers such as Emily. Suitable for complete beginners through competitive players.
Facilities
No membership required to play — book courts in the Playtomic app as pay-and-play. Optional The Society membership for Cheltenham is £150/year and adds priority booking (18 days ahead vs standard ~10, with 8 days’ priority window), up to 18 active bookings, 24-hour cancellation, 15% off clubhouse and retail, 15% off off-peak court fees at Cheltenham, and member-only events. Court fees are still paid per booking in Playtomic. Gift cards are available via the club site. Coaching and intro sessions are bookable separately for new players.

A great new padel court that feels fresh, clean, and well maintained. The facilities are modern, and there’s also a nice cafe where you can enjoy coffee or light bites before or after your game. Italo is a great coach. He’s friendly, patient, and helpful for all levels.
If you’re looking for a standout place to play padel, The Padel Club Cheltenham sets the standard in every possible way. From the moment you arrive, it’s clear that this isn’t just another sports facility — it’s a thoughtfully designed environment built around the player experience. The club has a modern, vibrant feel, and there’s always a great buzz around the place, whether it’s busy peak times or quieter sessions. The courts themselves are exceptional. They’re consistently well-maintained, with high-quality surfaces and excellent lighting that make a real difference to gameplay. Whether you’re playing socially or competitively, the conditions allow you to perform at your best. There’s also a real sense of space and organisation around the courts, so everything flows smoothly — no overcrowding, no stress, just great padel. Beyond the courts, the facilities are equally impressive. Clean, well-kept changing areas, comfortable social spaces, and an overall layout that makes it easy to relax before or after your session. It’s the kind of place where you’re just as happy staying for a while as you are coming to play. One of the standout features — and something that genuinely elevates the whole experience — is the coffee. It’s not just “good for a sports club,” it’s genuinely high-quality, barista-level coffee that you’d expect from a dedicated café. It adds a social element to the club that makes it feel more like a community hub than just a place to play. What really makes The Padel Club Cheltenham special, though, is the people. The staff create an atmosphere that’s welcoming, inclusive, and genuinely enjoyable. Emily, Millie, and Italo in particular deserve recognition — they consistently go above and beyond, whether that’s helping organise games, making new players feel comfortable, or just bringing a positive energy to the club every day. Their friendliness and professionalism make a lasting impression and are a huge part of why people keep coming back. There’s also a strong sense of community here. Players of all levels are made to feel welcome, and it’s easy to get involved, meet others, and improve your game in a supportive environment. It’s clear that a lot of care has gone into building not just a facility, but a culture. Overall, The Padel Club Cheltenham delivers on every level — top-quality courts, fantastic facilities, great coffee, and an outstanding team. It’s more than just a place to play padel; it’s somewhere you genuinely look forward to visiting. Highly recommended.
I can't recommend The Padel Club Cheltenham highly enough. From the moment I walked through the door, I felt genuinely welcome. The club is clean, fresh, well-organised, and has a fantastic atmosphere. The staff are always friendly, helpful, and clearly passionate about padel, which makes a huge difference to the overall experience. A special mention has to go to my coach, Italo. I started pretty much from scratch, and after only 3–4 coaching sessions, he has already made a massive improvement to my game. He's an excellent coach with a real talent for teaching, and his passion and love for the sport shine through in every session. Whether you're a complete beginner or looking to take your game to the next level, The Padel Club Cheltenham is a fantastic place to play and learn. Highly recommended! 🎾👏
My favourite spot in Cheltenham. The facilities are top class. Courts are of a great quality, and the additional facilities (showers etc) are great with a lovely café/bar area. What sets it apart though is the atmosphere created by the welcoming staff. Attentive, approachable and always helpful. I work remotely from the club most weeks and they make me feel welcome and can't do enough for me. The Wi-Fi is reliable as well for those interested. Laura, Emily, Ed, Millie, Owen and Italo deserve huge kudos for creating such a welcoming venue and each add their own personal touch. An additional shout out to Ed, who's pizza's are better than Dominoes according to my son! Also, Italo's bacon baps are cooked to perfection!
Great atmosphere and brilliant courts! The club has a really friendly vibe and it’s such a fun place to play padel whether you’re new to it or have been playing for a while.
