City Padel Exeter is the flagship Devon venue of the City Padel chain, set in Unit A/B at Hill Barton Business Park on Mushroom Road in Clyst St Mary, just outside Exeter. The centre markets itself as Exeter's premier padel destination with six indoor panoramic courts in a seamless-glass design, a first-floor viewing mezzanine and social lounge, bar and snack area, pro shop, changing rooms and on-site physiotherapy through Injury Armour. Head coach Ben Burgess and programme lead Steve Wood anchor a coaching team covering juniors through 4.0+ advanced sessions. The club runs a busy weekly timetable of americanos, Padel and Pints socials, ladies coffee mornings, Playtomic levelling sessions and five-week courses at every level. As Devon's main indoor padel hub, it draws players from across the South West who previously travelled to other cities for covered courts.
Facilities
Courts book through Playtomic via citypadel.club or the City Padel app; no membership is required for pay-and-play. Court hire typically runs from about 25 pounds off-peak to 45 pounds or more at peak times per hour for the whole court. City Padel membership gives a 14-day advance booking window and 15 percent off your share of court fees; join via the website membership page. Academy activities on Playtomic start from about 10-15 pounds. Social events include Wednesday americanos, Friday Padel and Pints (18:00-21:00) and Saturday social blocks. Venue is fantastic, amazing facilities! Brand new, clean and very tidy. Courts are a dream to play on and the staff are awfully nice and very attentive! Can’t wait to see what’s round the corner with this up and coming “city padel”

Good padel courts, although customer service was below average and a bad experience. Changing rooms also too small. Price in reference to service and facilities, too high.
What wonderful Padel centre here. Something for everyone. Great atmosphere and the vibe is all about enjoyment and inclusion for any level. You must check it out.
Good facilities but at £40 an hour it was already more expensive than most other cities. Upped to £45 an hour due to no competition in Exeter, not particularly accessible
