Peak Padel Holmfirth is a brand-new single indoor padel court at Bottoms Mill on Woodhead Road, near Turner Brothers in the Holme Valley. It is set up as a staffless, book-by-the-hour facility: pay on Playtomic, get a keypad access code, and you have exclusive use of the court for your slot. The pitch is quiet, private play rather than a busy multi-court hub — bluetooth speakers are there if you want your own playlist. Rackets and balls are free to borrow. Social mix-ins and coaching sit alongside casual hire, with Instagram used for event updates. For Holmfirth and surrounding villages it is a local option that removes the need to drive into bigger towns for a hit.
Facilities
There is no traditional membership package. Court hire is pay-as-you-play on Playtomic in 1, 1.5 or 2 hour blocks, with a 10% discount on two-hour bookings. Block bookings can be arranged with Mark (minimum four weeks, monthly payment in advance, automatic renewal, seven days’ notice to cancel a session). Coaching with Natalie is booked separately by phone or WhatsApp and is priced per person for 60 or 90 minutes depending on group size.
