Padel Up Knaresborough is a premium indoor padel and wellness club at Monkswell Park in North Yorkshire. The venue sits within the wider Padel Up network and brings their full club model to the area: padel courts, movement training, recovery spaces, coffee and a social bar under one roof. Players book through Playtomic and can stay on for REFORM Pilates, HYROX sessions with Function Fitness Hub, or RESET sauna and ice baths. The fit-out has a modern industrial look with a viewing platform over the courts, so it works as well for a quick hit of padel as it does for a longer visit with friends. Coaching, private events and a pro shop round out the offer for beginners through to regular players.
Facilities
Court bookings at Padel Up Knaresborough run through Playtomic, where you pick a slot, add players and pay online. The club also opens REFORM Pilates, HYROX training and RESET recovery sessions for those who want more than padel alone. Private coaching is offered one-to-one or in small groups for beginners and regulars. Corporate days, team socials, birthdays and other private events can be arranged with court access and the full club atmosphere. Went with my daughter. Place is fab! Courts are very good along with equipment. All amenities are great, staff are very friendly & helpful. Teesside Paddle Up is the best and they have continued this success with Knaresborough! Well done! Love it!
Couldn’t disagree more with the 1 star review. But you can’t please everyone. We had a fantastic experience on the other hand. The venue is modern, clean and has a really premium feel. The black finish and industrial style are exactly what you’d expect from a high-quality indoor padel club and it creates a great atmosphere. Also, No issues with the roof like previously stated. The music gave great atmosphere without being distracting, and although it was warm after an intense game, that’s expected when you’re playing a fast-paced sport indoors. The staff were welcoming, everything was well organised, and once you’ve visited once, the location is easy enough to find! Overall, a brilliant club with excellent facilities. We’ll definitely be back and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a great game of padel.

First time at padel up knaresborough, I have also been to other sites and I cannot fault it! Everything has been thought out to perfection, premium site, great facilities! Courts are unreal, amazing coffee! Can’t wait to go back and make use of the other facilities including, Pilates, gym, sauna and ice baths! Great great place!!
