Facilities
Court hire at Equinox is handled exclusively through the Playtomic app: create a profile, find Equinox Padel Club, and pick your slot. Pay-and-play users can typically book up to seven days ahead with a limited number of future bookings and no peak or off-peak share discounts, and they are not eligible for leagues or club nights. Club membership extends the window to around ten days, allows more active future bookings, offers roughly 25% off your share at peak hours and 50% off-peak, and unlocks league and club-night eligibility. Club+ is the top tier — up to fourteen days’ advance booking, higher rolling booking limits, 50% off peak and off-peak shares, priority for league and club nights, and free social club nights. Playtomic splits court fees into four player shares automatically, so member discounts apply to your individual share. A Fair Play Policy caps rolling active bookings (around three for Club and four for Club+) and asks for at least 24 hours’ notice on cancellations so other members can take freed slots. Competitive programmes — box leagues, the Championship Series, Fixed Doubles Americano, and the Knockout Cup — are reserved for Club and Club+ members. Typical court rates sit roughly in the £28–£40 per hour range depending on demand.

Played here a few times but competed in a tournament today. It was extremely well ran and Luke was amazing. Courts play extremely well and it’s always clean and tidy. Great community and you’re made to feel welcome from the moment you step into the venue. Keep up the good work guys 👏👏👏
