Membership & Pricing

Smash Padel Oxford runs three outdoor panoramic floodlit courts at Oxford Sports Lawn Tennis Club in North Hinksey Village, a short hop southwest of the city centre. It is a pay-and-play venue — anyone can book without joining — with a strong coaching and social calendar on top of open court hire. Staff and coaches (including long-serving LTA-accredited coaches and a junior pathway lead) get frequent praise for making newcomers feel welcome, from wedding-day intro sessions to Friday Americanos. The setting shares the tennis club grounds, with a cabin cafe vibe, outdoor seating, and music that leans social rather than austere. Open 7am–10pm every day. Book courts, activities, public matches, and coaching through NETTLA (also listed as MATCHi on some platforms). Smash also operates nearby Bicester plus other UK sites if you want a covered alternative in wet weather.

Facilities

Membership is optional. Court hire, social activities, public matches, and private coaching are all bookable by non-members through NETTLA — Smash stresses that you do not need to join just to play. A memberships section exists on the Oxford page for players who want ongoing club benefits; check NETTLA or email oxford@smashpadel.co for current membership tiers and pricing, as the public site focuses on pay-and-play. Coaching packages and junior pathway sessions are arranged via the app or by emailing the club. Private and corporate event bookings can be organised directly with the Smash Oxford team.

Louisa and the team are superb. We hosted a padel tournament as the day after for our wedding and they were so accommodating and helpful, even did an intro to padel for our beginner players. We have also played here as a couple a few times and everyone is always lovely. Great court conditions and helpful racket and ball rental.

Joined this club in the early Spring of this year. Louisa and Lupe were amazing at welcoming me. I had very friendly support from the staff, and had some fantastic coaching sessions with Lupe who has helped me to come on leaps and bounds. It’s been extremely enjoyable and I have learnt so much about the technique and all the different shots, and feel so much more confident on the court now. Louisa’s Americanos on a Friday evening were also the highlight of my summer, I miss playing them. Hopefully the roofs will get sorted soon as so much has had to be cancelled lately which is disappointing, I also struggle to get into the car park when it’s been raining as it’s so slippy, but hopefully that’ll be sorted soon. Look forward to more coaching sessions with Lupe in 2026!

I very much love playing Padel, and the great staff at Oxford—Lupe, Louisa, and Daniella—make the experience even more special. Their warm and welcoming nature has helped create a lovely community that continues to grow. Playing Padel here isn’t just about the game; it’s about being part of something very enjoyable. 😃 We had a Masterclass last week with Lupe and Cristina, it was very useful and we had great time, both Lupe and Cristina have a lot of experience in Padel and it was great to learn from experienced players. For anyone who has never tried Padel, I recommend giving it a go at Smash Padel Oxford. Without a doubt, you'll have a fantastic time!

Great set up at this club, great courts with good playing surfaces. The vibe and social aspect is wonderful, with music and a nice cabin and outdoor seating area to enjoy a coffee made by the lovely Daniella whilst enjoying the sun

Great introduction to Padel. Chris and Lupe provided excellent coaching to a group of 12 who have never played before.
