Membership & Pricing
Chiltern Padel is a relatively new padel venue at Poplars Barns on Poplars Farm, Chalford Road in Postcombe near Thame. It sits in a rural Chiltern-edge setting rather than a dense leisure park, and that scenery comes through in reviews: players talk about deck chairs, cold drinks and feeling like they are on holiday after a hit. Two outdoor panoramic courts are the core of the offer, with friendly attentive staff and extras like an electric padel scorer when available. Beside the courts there is an evolving cafe with indoor air-conditioned seating and outdoor space, plus a reform Pilates studio on site. For Oxfordshire players between Thame, the M40 corridor and the Chiltern villages, it is a compact but polished place to play without needing a traditional big-club membership.
Facilities
Chiltern Padel is mainly pay-and-play. Book courts and join public coaching or social sessions through Playtomic rather than a conventional annual membership. Session types have included beginners from around £20, improvers match play from around £30, over-50s coaching, and ladies coffee learn-and-play blocks. Pricing and schedules change, so confirm on Playtomic before you go. Instagram @chilternpadel is the main public channel for updates. Follow that feed for openings, cafe news and community sessions as the venue continues to grow.

Lovely place to play padel. Great scenery. The people running it at nice and attentive. They even allowed us to use their electric padel scorer, which was cool 👍
Absolutely fantastic venue, not only for their excellent padel courts but the whole place is excellent. Sitting outside in one of their deck chairs, with a cold drink and a delicious sandwich - I felt like I was on holiday! Thoroughly recommend
This is a relatively new business but you can already see the huge potential, only popped into today for a refreshment have to say I was blown away away not only was the cafe fully air conditioned which was such a welcome benefit on a day that was 37 degrees outside, it’s still in its infancy and it’s still work in progress but the cafe is evolving it was busy no spare tables or chairs inside, plenty outside if you love padel and you live in the area this will be a real treat, reform Pilates studio is also onsite and I think there’s loads more to come, it’s a beautiful setting the layout is generous can’t wait to return and see how it evolves over the next 2-3 months. Great job guys it looks amazing
Great toastie and coffee, pleasant staff, dog friendly and country setting. What's not to like! 😊
Played padel a few places and this is by far my fav! Great courts and friendly staff!
