Encourt Padel and Wellness Club is a premium indoor padel destination at Unit GH, Ventura Park in Radlett, on the Colney Street side of the St Albans catchment. The club opened around spring 2026 with a clear brief: combine serious padel with gym, recovery and hospitality so people can spend a full day on site. Seven indoor panoramic courts sit at the centre, backed by a Life Fitness gym, reformer Pilates, spa recovery spaces and Bobo and Wild for food and drinks. Reviews are unusually glowing for a new venue, calling out welcoming founders and staff, exceptional courts, and a community feel from day one. Encourt offers both membership packages and pay-and-play court hire. This place is quickly becoming my second home! Top class facilities - stunning padel courts, luxury wellness centre and Bobo & Wild on-site for food and drinks. Walid (Co-Founder), Rob (Club Manager), Allan (Community Manager) and Sargo (Bobo & Wild) have been incredibly welcoming. Congrats on the launch guys, I know a lot of effort and money was poured in.
Absolute luxury went pre opening and was made to feel very welcome, 7 courts , gym, wellness and spa all set out carefully and you can see alot of thought and love has gone into creating this club.. 10/10
It was my first visit to Encourt Padel today and I had a fantastic time. The courts are exceptional and the service from the Bobo staff is fantastic. I was served by Sienna who had excellent communication skills and managed my difficult order with ease. I’d highly recommend the facilities and the service that I received!
There is genuinely no other club in the UK that offers an all-round experience like Encourt Padel & Wellness. The courts, gym, and spa are all top tier, and the atmosphere the founders and staff have created makes you feel part of a real community from day one. I even left my wallet there by accident, and the staff had already found it and safely kept it for me until my next visit. That level of care says everything about the club.
