Venue 360 on Gipsy Lane in Luton (LU1 3JH) hosts Padel Pass Luton — Bedfordshire's first dedicated padel offer, opened in 2025. Two canopy-covered (9.5m), floodlit courts with FIP/Premier Padel-spec surfaces sit inside a larger sports and events campus that also has a gym, sports hall, tennis, squash, football, and the Balcony Café Bar. Courts run 6am–11pm daily; reception for racket hire is typically 8:30am–10pm. Book via Playtomic as Padel Pass Luton. Free intros, coaching with head coach Charlie Attenborough, mix-ins, and an 8-week Padel Xpress course help beginners and improvers. Contact support@padelpass.co.uk or 07926 962532.
Facilities
Pay-to-play is always available — no membership required to book. Court hire from about £32/hour via Playtomic (per-player shares vary by time). Memberships have been listed as coming soon / waiting list on the Padel Pass site, with some third-party sources quoting low monthly tiers (~£13–£25) — confirm live offers in Playtomic or on padelpass.co.uk. Cancel court bookings at least 24 hours ahead for a full refund. Free intro sessions and academy coaching (mix-ins from ~£15–£18.50, clinics from ~£20) book through Playtomic Academy.

From the first day I joined the gym, in Jan 2025, everyone has been incredibly helpful and always willing to share best practices for training, especially Joy, who runs a saturday spin class. The gym has a genuinely family‑friendly feel, which is hard to find. Mike, the manager, is attentive and consistently goes above and beyond to make sure members feel supported.
Great venue offering plenty of sports including squash, pickleball, volleyball, padel, martial arts and the usuals like football, tennis and badminton. Gym is located upstairs on the first floor with a good variety of equipment. The parking lot is gigantic with EV charging points. They don't time you like a lot of other sports venues for parking so you can enjoy what you love most without worrying about a PCN. Staff are lively and genuinely greet you with a smile. Hope to try out more activities.
Our friends had a wedding here at the Riverside, the bar staff were friendly and polite. Cheryl was amazing and was brilliant in all aspects of the day and night going smoothly. I would recommend this to anyone needing or looking to book this venue. It's not just for functions and the gym is amazing, clean and welcoming.
The cafe is very happy to refund you after you check how long to get your food. Blaming kitchen appliances and customers. They never have any issues. Pay refund and leave after 20 minutes. Guys do take a good at their response. How funny this is! It is either appliance fault, or customer's expectation. I had no expectation at all, but was just shocking how customer was treated. You can tell staff don't like work there, but they have to for some reason. I didn't ask for refund, but was asked to issue refund, as that will make them feel command, and make you suffer from being starving. The issue is the people as you can tell from the reply. How sarcastic!
