UK Padel Stoke Poges sits inside South Buckinghamshire Golf Course on Park Road — two outdoor all-weather floodlit courts with the golf clubhouse bar and restaurant a short walk away after matches. It is a compact, public-access site that punches above its size on community: beginners sessions, level-banded open matches, Americanos, box leagues, and coaching for adults and juniors. Phil and David, who run the club day to day, get repeated praise for remembering players, updating internal ratings so open matches stay fair, and helping newcomers find games without already knowing a four. The setting feels clubby rather than warehouse — golf-course views, late floodlit evenings, and a friendly mix of abilities. Same UK Padel membership as Holmer Green and the sister clubs, with booking through the UK Padel / Matchpoint app.
Facilities
UK Padel membership is £145 per year (£72.50 juniors) and covers every club in the network — Stoke Poges, Holmer Green, Princes Risborough, Milton Keynes, Newquay, and more. Members book courts 21 days ahead; non-members get 7 days (some older listings mention 28/6 — check the app for the live window). A £25 two-month starter membership includes three Beginners Padel sessions and member coaching rates. Pay-and-play visitors are welcome for courts and social sessions without joining. I absolutely love UK Padel at Stoke Poges. I had played padel in Spain before, so I was genuinely excited when the courts opened at South Bucks. When I first joined, I didn’t know anyone, but that changed so quickly. The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming, and I’ve made so many new friends through the club. One of the things I appreciate most is how inclusive and friendly everyone is, no matter your level or experience. The coaches are fantastic—they make every lesson fun, engaging, and easy to learn from. The facilities are great, and booking courts through the app couldn’t be easier or more convenient. If you’re thinking about giving padel a try or looking for a friendly club to join, I couldn’t recommend UK Padel at Stoke Poges more highly.
Joined a few months ago and love it! Really friendly atmosphere with a great mix of players. Coaching sessions for all levels are easy to book, and it’s simple to arrange matches with players of a similar level. Phil’s great, always approachable and quick to help. Highly recommend!
I’ve had the pleasure of discovering UK Padel and have thoroughly enjoyed all the training opportunities and beginners session on offer that have not only helped me improve my game, but meet like minded people who I now enjoy playing with socially. Fabulous facility, lovely to play outdoors, wide variety of sessions available, great coaches and easy to book matches. Great to be able to play until late into the evening as well.
I love UK Padel SP club! Its a lovely setting by the golf course and the courts are great quality and never slippy. Its also the most friendly and inclusive padel club. Everyone was so welcoming and encouraging when I joined. You don't need to already know people to play with - there are loads of ways for everyone, from beginners to advanced players, to get involved - from coaching, social sessions, americanos, box leagues, open matches, tournaments and teams. What really makes the club unique is the people who run it - they really care about each player and help you find matches or sessions to suit your needs, offer tips on how to improve and encourage you. They spend time getting to know each player. They constantly update everyone's internal club ratings levels as you improve so you can easily join open matches of a similar level, which is brilliant and lets you play a variety of players with minimal organisation! Phil and David who run this club are legends!!!
