The Padel Shed is a single indoor court converted from an agricultural machinery shed on the Maddever family’s Hall Farm in Whepstead, about four miles from Bury St Edmunds (IP29 4TA). It is pay-and-play only — no membership required — with bookings via the Padel Mates app for 60 or 90 minute slots (some sources also list 120 minutes). Open seven days from 7am with last booking at 9pm. The setting is rural and calm: fields around the shed, free farm parking, and a lounge looking onto the court. Facilities
No membership scheme. Book and pay through Padel Mates before you arrive; walk-ups are not the model. Typical hire is around £30–£36 per hour depending on slot.
