Tennis Padel Club Challans is a long-established racket club in Vendée, founded in 1944 and still driven by a family-friendly, competitive spirit. Based at 54 Rue Newton in Challans, it describes itself as familial, convivial and competitive, with more than 700 members involved in social play and league tennis. Padel joined the mix with two courts open every day from 08:00 to 22:30 all year, alongside a beach-tennis court and one of the strongest tennis footprints in the area. The site lists seven indoor resin tennis courts, six outdoor resin courts plus a practice wall, and additional indoor halls at La Salle des Noues and La Proutière. Holiday visitors and locals praise clean facilities, easy reservations and a welcoming desk team.
Facilities
Season membership is organised through downloadable forms for tennis adults, juniors, padel and pickleball, with the 2026/27 tariff PDF on the website. Completed forms go to tcchallans@free.fr or the front desk. Payment is accepted by card, cheque or cash, with three instalments available without fees. A welcome booklet explains club rules and facility use. Casual visitors can reserve courts on Ten'Up without joining. Call +33 2 51 35 15 80 for practical questions. Padel-specific adhesion uses the FI PADEL form in the adhesion section.

A very nice tennis club: clean and well-maintained. Court reservations and racket rentals are straightforward. A warm welcome from the staff. I'm not a member of TC Challans, but I'll definitely be back during my holidays ;)

The club is great: the coaches are passionate, professional, and always attentive. The youth training is top-notch, and our young players are very happy at the club. And the atmosphere is warm and friendly.
