L'instant Padel and Golf is a modern multi-sport centre on Avenue Jean Moulin in Saint-Christol-lès-Alès, north of Alès in the Gard. Built around six indoor padel courts and two Trackman golf simulators, it targets players who want premium surfaces and straightforward app-based booking in one clean, contemporary building. Padel courts use high-grip turf designed for safer footwork and longer surface life, with FFT-homologated LED lighting for night sessions. The Pad'z snack bar overlooks the courts for post-match food, and a 30-square-metre air-conditioned seminar room opens directly onto the padel zone for corporate team-building days.
Facilities
Padel court hire costs 12 euros per player for a 90-minute session; racket rental is 3 euros extra. Book any slot through the L'instant Padel et Golf mobile app on iOS or Android. Golf simulator pricing depends on package and group size — enquire on site or by phone at +33 4 66 52 62 57. Restaurant reservations for events or privatisation via Le Pad'z on +33 4 50 21 34 75. Seminar room hire is arranged at reception. No traditional annual padel membership is advertised; the model is app-based pay-and-play.

Superb sports complex with 6 state-of-the-art indoor courts. Modern, well-equipped facilities with very clean and functional changing rooms. Easy booking and access. A bonus for golf enthusiasts: 2 indoor golf simulators. Plus, a brasserie, ideal for post-match drinks and relaxation. Located next to WELDOM in Saint Christol les Alès.
Indoor golf is very unpleasant. You open the door with a code, nobody's there, it's a freezing cold hangar, you have to manage with the TrackMan... The black tees... impossible to change... It's a real shame. Besides, it has nothing to do with padel... When players finally arrive, it lights up the hangar, otherwise it's dark, but the noise from the players is very disturbing. Not recommended for golfers.
Magnificent complex, great atmosphere, superb grounds, very good height, clean and welcoming. The app is very intuitive and easy to use. I highly recommend it.
Fantastic place for padel! The courts are great, the staff are friendly, the changing rooms are clean, and the added bonus is the relaxation area with foosball, billiards, and a bar for after the match 👍
