Membership & Pricing
Windsor Penarth Padel sits inside Windsor LTC Penarth on Larkwood Avenue and hosts Game4Padel’s outdoor court — widely described as the first padel court in Wales. The venue is a volunteer-run lawn tennis club that opened its padel zone to the public, so you do not need to be a tennis member to book a hit. Play is doubles on a glass-walled 10m x 20m court with a familiar tennis-style scoring feel and softer balls. Because the club runs lean, the padel area works on a self-service model: bring your own bats and balls, book online, and turn up. Private padel bookings do not unlock the wider clubhouse or tennis courts. When the weather holds, it is one of the more affordable outdoor options in South Wales, with reviews regularly flagging keen pricing and a friendly local scene.
Facilities
Padel is open to the public via online court hire, player-led social sessions, and coaching courses booked through the club’s Clubspark padel pages and Game4Padel. Full Windsor LTC members can claim a free Game4Padel membership for discounted court access. Club membership itself runs April to March with categories such as Full (adults 31+), Family, Young Person (19–30), Junior, Mini, Senior, Country, and Parent/Guardian/Social, with quarterly reduced fees for new joiners. Members also get tennis court bookings, weekly social nights, squad coaching discounts, and team/tournament eligibility. A WhatsApp community is promoted for admin updates and finding games. Non-members can still book padel privately without joining the tennis club.

Outdoor Padel court in a public area of our wider members tennis club. This is a self service facility via the Matchi app (so no racket hire) but prices start at only £16 - the cheapest in South Wales!
A good place to play Padel, only 1 court available, with no roof and no toilet. The court is next to Penarth Windsor Lawn Tennis Court. Need to bring the padel racket and balls because there's no reception or place to rent a racket/buy balls there. People there are very nice, and friendly. The court rent price was cheaper compared to other courts. Need to book at the Game4Padel website.
Was there for the Wednesday evening social session. Facilities are good with use of the tennis club toilets. The one negative is that when the sun is bright, the fact the glass is totally clear is not helpful. Ideally there needs to be some decals or covers to highlight the glass in the melle of a game.
Great court when the weather is nice, a bit smaller than some of the "indoor" courts in Cardiff
Was good , a little slippery in corner but over all good
