Highly recommend Padel Shack. They provide a really unique service by allowing you to test before you buy a racket and i’m surprised not many more people know about them. Chris is a star and will answer all your questions and give recommendations. I was looking for a more powerful racket and they sent out 3 demos in total to me, all of which were super high quality and gave me ample time to test them. All the rackets came the next day.

Chris, an absolute gentleman and superstar. Queried the demo service and advised on what to do by Alex. I called again once the racket arrived promptly to query the possibility of weighing the other rackets as I wanted the lightest one they had in stock of the Air Viper and also ask if they could match the Black Friday discount. Nothing was too difficult or met with resistance, Chris arranged everything and when I returned the racket it took a day longer to reach them, knowing I need it quicker Chris arranged a Saturday delivery. It turned out sods law that my racket was the lightest one but the service was provided nonetheless. Don't go anywhere else for Padel, the staff here a very good. Chris deserves a comp review. Really impressed with the customer service - got there at 4:50 just before they were closing to collect my new grips. Asked them if they could fit it, normally that’s easy but I got a hesacore grip which makes it time consuming. Even though it was nearly close time and the hesacore grip is hard to put on, they persisted and completed the regrip! Thank you!
